Beginner's Guide

I will first admit that I am not an expert. That said, I do have experience and I like to learn.  This page will link you to more expert knowledge than my own, to get you working on your better!

To learn more about what you to put in your body, check out my nutrition tab and explore Marks Daily Apple and the Whole9.  Both of these sites have been a great resources for information about the paleolithic diet and zone diet.

To learn more about what to do with your body, let's answer the first question of: what is Crossfit?  Crossfit is a strength and conditioning program that incorporates heavy lifting, functional exercises, and lots of bodyweight exercises, in high-intensity workouts that change everyday.  Click here to get the official Crossfit answer.

The best way to get to know Crossfit is to watch videos!  This is a pretty sick video of two of the top competitors from the 2010 Crossfit Games.  Also check out the Crossfit Main Page where you can find daily workouts, Crossfit Affiliates near you, and tons of videos and demos to reference for workout ideas or to learn a specific movement.
