Everyday you can find a Workout of the Day (WOD) here from Crossfit Boston. I will also preview my workouts for the week, including football practice, basketball games, and skill work on Sundays.
I will check in throughout the week to see if I am sticking to my training schedule, and at the end of the week to see if I got my better and hit my SIX WORKOUTS for the WEEK!
